Delete your account

• Your account, sign-in credentials and profile details (name, email, phone number).
• Your studio workspace — galleries, client records, invoices, quotations and price lists you created.
• Uploaded photos, videos and transfer files stored for your galleries.
• Analytics and usage data tied to your account.

Requests are processed within 30 days of submission. We may contact you at the account email to verify the request before deletion, because this action cannot be undone.

Records we are legally required to retain — such as invoices and payment receipts for tax and accounting purposes — are kept for the statutory period and then deleted. Everything else is permanently removed.

Deleting your account ends your subscription and permanently removes your client galleries — clients will no longer be able to view or download their photos. If you'd like to download your galleries first, sign in and use the Download Center before submitting this request. If you only want to cancel your paid plan, contact us and we can cancel billing without deleting your data.
