Terms & Conditions

The seller and legal business name you are contracting with is Selectio.in (also referred to as "Selectio", "we" or "us"). Selectio.in operates the online platform for photography studios located at selectio.in and is based in Lisbon, Portugal. You are entering into a legal agreement directly with Selectio.in as the seller of the service.

By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. You confirm you have the authority to bind your organisation (if using the service for a business) or are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Selectio.in provides client gallery delivery, file transfers, invoicing and related tools for photographers. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the limits of your selected plan (including the storage quota of that plan).

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
• uploading content that infringes intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with the service's security — no malware, probing, vulnerability scanning or scraping;
• reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing technical limits of your plan.

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for providing accurate information. You retain ownership of the photos, videos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service (for example, delivering galleries to your clients and generating downloads).

We retain all ownership of the service itself — the software, documentation and Selectio branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that IP to you.

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments; Selectio.in is the seller of record for all orders and handles all customer service, cancellations and refunds. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are described in these terms and in our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. When your account ends, your galleries and files may be deleted after a reasonable export window; expired transfers are deleted automatically.

Selectio.in is based in Lisbon, Portugal. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lisbon, Portugal. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
