Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Selectio.in subscription plans (Basic, Pro and Studio). If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by Selectio.in through our payment provider, Cashfree Payments. To request a refund, contact our support team at studio@selectio.in or on WhatsApp, and we'll help you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After a refund, your plan reverts to the free tier and any storage above the free quota may be removed. Cancelling a subscription without a refund simply stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.

Once approved, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
